E-Posters submission deadline: November 25th 2024
E-Posters will be showcased on two vertically mounted 4K TVs, which cycle between posters every 5 minutes. E-Poster size should be no smaller than A1 (or 2160 x 3840pt). You can submit your e-poster via the Call for Abstracts page.
Notification for abstract accepted as talks: November 25th 2024
Registration deadline: October 31st for Standart fee
December 6th for Late fee
The capacity of the venue is limited. In case of great interest, the registration can be closed earlier!
Conference fee
After registration, you will receive an email with links to pay the conference fee. Afterwards, your registration will be accepted. It may take several days to accept the registration; please be patient.
