Our Venue for RAGtime 24 will be the newly renovated Uni Space premises in the building of the Rectorate of the Silesian University in Opava.
These include the UniSpace Hall Lecture room with integrated equipment for hybrid seminars, the UniSpace Room meeting room, intended for smaller scale meetings and seminars and finally the UniSpace Lab, a renovated former Student Club, for you to comfortably spend time before, between or after separate talks with some refreshments.
The lecture room - Uni Space Hall, has capacity of 120 people. It is equipped with a big screen, projector, 2 displays for the more distant seats, touch screen and a conference system.
University Club - Uni Space Lab - is a new space in the first underground floor. It has a bar, 5 cubes with screens for 4-6 people and a separated meeting room for 10 people. Equipped with high-tech touch displays, wireless charging pods and sound system it is a great place for small meeting. One of the coffee breaks will be served there, the space can also be used for individual meetings during the conference. Traditional Czech beverages will be on tap!
